I t...Voice is one of the toughest issues out there. I think sometimes authors try to hard to establish a unique voice and the rest of the story (as in the example above) gets lost. Other times, a story would be run-of-the mill without the voice. A tough issue.David E. I love strong voice! My fave authors, Charlaine Harris, Janet Evanovich, Connie Willis, all have very strong voice. Of course, the author has to tell the story, too...
